Cookie Notice

Last updated: October 14, 2026

1. Your choices

EverywhereApp uses cookies and browser storage to support the app and remember your choices. When this browser has no saved choice, we show a consent banner. You can reopen the same preferences here at any time.

  • Accept all: saves permission for the necessary, analytics, and marketing categories.
  • Reject optional: keeps necessary storage enabled and saves analytics and marketing as off.
  • Change my preferences: lets you choose each optional category. Changes take effect when you select Save preferences.

Opening preferences or selecting Cancel does not change your saved choice. Optional categories start off when there is no saved choice. Browsing the site is not a substitute for selecting a consent option.

2. What cookies and browser storage do

Cookies are small records stored by your browser and sent with relevant website requests. Local storage keeps information on your device between visits. Session storage normally lasts for a tab session. This notice covers all three, not just cookies.

Choices apply to this browser and device. A different browser, private browsing session, or device can require a separate choice. Browser settings may remove stored information earlier than the periods described below.

3. Categories in the consent control

Necessary

Support sign-in, session continuity, and the features you request, and remember your cookie choices. Always on in this control.

Analytics

Optional cookies for measuring how the site is used. Off by default; choose whether to allow this category.

Marketing

Optional cookies for advertising and measuring campaigns. Off by default; choose whether to allow this category.

The category choices record your permissions; they do not subscribe you to the newsletter or authorize unrelated uses of personal information. Analytics uses Google Analytics, described in the next section. No advertising cookie is currently set; the marketing choice is passed to Google so it applies if one is added.

4. Google Analytics

We use Google Analytics 4, provided by Google, to understand how the app is used: which pages and programs are viewed, what people search for, which programs are saved, when someone follows a booking link, and the approximate location (country, region, and city) and type of device and browser of each visit. Google derives the approximate location from the IP address and does not store the IP address itself.

If you allow analytics, Google Analytics sets the _ga and _ga_* cookies (up to 2 years) to recognise repeat visits. If you are signed in, we also send an internal account identifier, never your email or name, so that visits from different devices can be counted as the same person.

If you do not allow analytics, no Google Analytics cookie is set and no account identifier is sent. Google still receives cookieless signals for each page view and event, without an identifier linking them to you or to each other, which it uses to produce aggregate estimates.

Google processes this data under its own terms; see how Google uses information from sites that use its services. You can change your choice at any time with the preferences button above.

5. Storage used by the app

The following describes the main first-party storage used for consent, session continuity, and requested features. Sign-in and browser storage can vary with the features you use.

cookie_consent

Remembers your consent status and category choices.

Cookie: 365 days from saving or restoring your choice.

everywhere_cookie_consent

Keeps a local backup of your cookie choices, which can restore the consent cookie.

Local storage: until cleared or replaced. This backup currently has no automatic expiry.

everywhere_session_id

Links a browser session to conversations and saved search history, including when you are not signed in.

Cookie: up to 365 days.

Sign-in cookies

Maintain authentication and protect the sign-in flow. Names can use next-auth, __Secure-next-auth, or __Host-next-auth prefixes.

Depends on the cookie: temporary sign-in checks and the authentication session. Session expiry can be renewed while you use the app.

Conversation, search, and interface storage

Preserves chat state, selected filters, navigation context, and interface preferences in your browser.

Session storage normally lasts for the tab session. Local storage remains until cleared or removed by the relevant feature.

Your consent backup can restore your choice even after its cookie has expired. To remove it entirely, clear both cookies and local storage for this site in your browser. To change your permission, use the preferences button instead; you do not need to erase your other app data.

6. What rejecting optional cookies does not do

Rejecting optional cookies does not sign you out, delete your account, or remove conversations and search history from our servers. Those records support separate app features and privacy requests. Clearing browser storage does not itself delete server records either.

Necessary storage cannot be disabled through the category switches. You can restrict it in your browser, but sign-in, conversation continuity, or other requested features may stop working.

7. Other services and browser signals

Google sign-in, maps, and websites you visit through booking links may involve their own storage and privacy practices. An external booking website has its own consent controls; a choice on EverywhereApp is not a choice on that website.

The current consent control does not automatically read Do Not Track or Global Privacy Control signals. This does not remove any obligation to honor a legally applicable opt-out signal. You can use the category controls above and contact us about a privacy request.

8. Changes and contact

We will update this notice when the storage and purposes it describes change. A new purpose requiring consent needs that consent before use; updating this page alone does not provide it.

For the use, retention, and disclosure of personal information and your rights, read our Privacy Policy. For questions, contact info@everywhere.tours.
