Privacy Policy

Last Updated: April 21, 2026

This Privacy Policy describes how Everywhere (“Everywhere,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) collects, uses, stores, and discloses personal information through our website, applications, and related services (collectively, the “Service”).

Everywhere is an AI-powered travel discovery and planning platform that helps users explore destinations, experiences, tours, and multi-day travel programs, and may direct users to third-party travel providers or partner platforms to complete bookings.

By accessing or using the Service, you acknowledge that you have read and understood this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with this Privacy Policy, you should not use the Service.

1. Information We Collect

We may collect the following categories of personal information:

a. Information You Provide to Us

We collect information you choose to provide when using the Service, including:

  • account and contact information, such as your name and email address;
  • login information when you sign in using a third-party authentication provider such as Google;
  • information you provide in chats, prompts, messages, forms, or support requests;
  • travel preferences, interests, and other profile information you choose to share;
  • feedback, survey responses, and other communications you send to us.

b. Information Collected Automatically

When you use the Service, we and our service providers may automatically collect certain technical and usage information, such as:

  • IP address;
  • browser type and version;
  • device type and operating system;
  • approximate location derived from IP address;
  • pages viewed, features used, and navigation behavior;
  • timestamps, session activity, and referring pages.

We may collect this information using cookies, analytics tools, and similar technologies.

c. Information from Third Parties

If you sign in through a third-party provider such as Google, we may receive certain information from that provider, such as your name, email address, and profile data, depending on your settings and the permissions granted.

2. Sensitive Information

The Service is not intended to collect highly sensitive personal information, such as government identification numbers, full financial account details, health data, or other sensitive categories of data.

Please do not submit sensitive personal information through chat, forms, or other free-text fields in the Service.

3. How We Use Personal Information

We may use personal information for the following purposes:

a. To Provide the Service

We use personal information to operate, maintain, and provide the Service, including:

  • creating and managing user accounts;
  • authenticating users;
  • responding to prompts and generating AI-assisted outputs;
  • personalizing the user experience;
  • providing support and service-related communications.

b. To Improve and Develop the Service

We use information to analyze usage, troubleshoot issues, improve features, monitor performance, and develop new functionality.

We may also use aggregated or de-identified information for analytics, research, and product improvement.

c. To Communicate with You

We may use your information to send:

  • account and login-related messages;
  • security and administrative notices;
  • support responses;
  • service updates; and
  • marketing communications, where permitted by law.

You can opt out of marketing emails by using the unsubscribe link in those messages.

d. For Security and Legal Compliance

We may use personal information to:

  • detect, prevent, or investigate fraud, abuse, or security issues;
  • enforce our Terms of Service;
  • comply with legal obligations; and
  • protect the rights, safety, and property of Everywhere, our users, and others.

4. AI Services and Conversation Data

The Service includes AI-powered features. When you interact with the Service, your prompts, messages, and related context may be processed by third-party AI service providers that help us generate responses.

We use those providers only to operate and support the Service. We do not permit those providers to use your data to train their models where contractual restrictions apply.

Because the Service includes AI-generated outputs, responses may be incomplete or inaccurate. You should independently verify important travel, safety, booking, or legal information.

5. How We Disclose Personal Information

We may disclose personal information in the following circumstances:

a. Service Providers

We may share personal information with vendors and service providers that help us operate the Service, such as providers of:

  • hosting and cloud infrastructure;
  • authentication;
  • analytics;
  • customer support tools;
  • AI and language model services;
  • security and monitoring tools.

b. Travel Partners or Third Parties

If you choose to follow a booking link, request information, or otherwise engage with a third-party travel provider or partner, your interactions with that third party will be governed by that third party’s own terms and privacy practices.

We may share limited information where necessary to facilitate a referral or requested interaction, but we do not control third-party privacy practices.

c. Legal and Compliance Reasons

We may disclose information if required to do so by law or if we believe in good faith that disclosure is necessary to:

  • comply with legal obligations or lawful requests;
  • protect our rights or property;
  • investigate misconduct or security incidents; or
  • protect users or the public.

d. Business Transfers

We may disclose personal information in connection with a merger, acquisition, financing, restructuring, sale of assets, or similar corporate transaction.

6. Cookies and Analytics

We may use cookies and similar technologies to:

  • remember user preferences;
  • maintain sessions;
  • understand usage patterns;
  • measure performance; and
  • improve the Service.

You can usually control cookies through your browser settings. Please note that disabling certain cookies may affect the functionality of the Service.

7. Your Choices and Rights

Depending on your location and applicable law, you may have the right to:

  • access personal information we hold about you;
  • request correction of inaccurate information;
  • request deletion of your personal information;
  • object to or restrict certain processing; and
  • opt out of marketing communications.

You may also request deletion of your account by contacting us using the information in the “Contact Us” section below.

We may need to verify your identity before processing certain requests.

8. Data Retention

We retain personal information for as long as reasonably necessary to provide the Service, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, enforce our agreements, and maintain legitimate business records.

Retention periods may vary depending on the nature of the data and the purpose for which it was collected.

9. Security

We use reasonable technical, administrative, and organizational safeguards designed to protect personal information.

However, no method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Because users may voluntarily submit information through open-text chat fields, we strongly recommend that you do not share sensitive or unnecessary personal information through the Service.

10. Third-Party Services

The Service may contain links to third-party websites, booking platforms, maps, tools, or services. This Privacy Policy does not apply to those third-party services.

We encourage you to review the privacy policies of any third-party service you access through the Service.

11. Children

The Service is not intended for children under the age required by applicable law to use the Service independently. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children in violation of applicable law.

If you believe a child has provided personal information through the Service, please contact us so we can review and take appropriate action.

12. International Data Transfers

Depending on how the Service is operated and which providers we use, personal information may be processed in countries other than the one in which you reside.

Where required by applicable law, we will take appropriate measures to protect personal information in connection with international data transfers.

13. Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. If we make material changes, we will update the “Last Updated” date and, where appropriate, provide additional notice.

Your continued use of the Service after the effective date of an updated Privacy Policy means you acknowledge the updated version.
